And this work ethic pays off. We are now opening our first Margo's in London and for this reason we are looking for staff to work with us and bring this amazing concept to the Big City.

To be successful we need you to train with us and understand how we do things, why we do things the way we do and how we flourish.

Now here is the rough deal.

We expect you to relocate for a few months to the sunny Med where you can live, breathe and experience Margo's. While we train you, we will pay you a stipend and once you are ready, you will get back to London to start up our first Margo's.

Whether you are a host/hostess, manager, assistant manager, chef, kitchen helper, porter, pizzaiolo or a master butcher, we would love to hear from you.
